Meet Meggie

I’m Meggie Martin…a trauma-trained somatic practitioner, nervous system educator, and strength coach. I help stressed + burnt out women heal the deeper patterns driving emotional eating, overwhelm, and disconnection from their bodies.

My work blends nervous system healing, somatic practices, and strength-based movement so women can create real, lasting change from the inside out.

Instead of relying on more discipline, more restriction, or more pressure, I help women build safety in the body, increase capacity, and create sustainable transformations.

My signature program for women who are tired of swinging between stress, emotional eating, self-sabotage, and starting over.

MBodied helps you heal the nervous system and subconscious patterns driving your behaviors so change becomes sustainable, embodied, and lasting.

 

Somatic Exercise

A gentle, body-based practice designed to help your nervous system release stress, tension, and stored trauma.

These simple exercises help lower excess cortisol, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you with your body — all through slow, intentional movements you can often do from the floor or even from your bed.

This work helps your body move out of survival mode so healing, regulation, and real change can begin.
