Unpacking your beliefs:

What were you taught growing up?

What were your experiences with spirituality?

Who or what was God to you as a child?

What are your beliefs now? Are they the same or different from childhood?

Who is God to you right now? What is your current relationship?

How has your past conditioning impacted you as an adult?

InnerWork:

  • Try out different names--notice how they feel in your body. Does one make you relax and feel more expansive?

  • Find a time to connect- prayer/meditate- introduce yourself and your intentions on connecting.
