I wanted to share something that I’ve noticed change just in the last 5 days. When I do my morning journal and list my daily top 3… early in the week it was things like: laundry, meal planning, take stuff to goodwill, etc. The last two days my top 3 look more like this: hike for 15 minutes, meditate, journal, etc. It’s almost funny how quickly I could shift to self-care items, and still find time to get done most of the other things I ‘have’ to do.
I found it especially helpful as a newbie to affirmations & journaling. The setup is great for a quick, mindful practice and it gives just enough prompting that I'm not sitting there wondering what to write.
