Module 1 Video 2: How to: Daily Promises, Affirmation Practice & Journaling

Innerwork:

  1. Create a timeline of your life from your earliest memories up to today. Write down as much as you can remember-- the good, the bad, the ugly. While working through it, ask yourself:

    • How did this impact me?

    • What did I learn from this?

    • How did this happen for me?

    • What was God/Universe showing me?

    • What lessons did I learn?

    • focus on the good and the challenges

      **can feel heavy/hard. Use EO, extra self care time/be open with fam (shirt example)

  2. Motherhood Gratitude and Affirmation Journal: start using the journal every day. Make it a priority to show up and do it daily while focusing on the affirmation for the week. As you make your daily promises, ask yourself what you need:

    • mentally

    • emotionally

    • physically

    • spiritually

      Make those things a priority and practice putting your needs and desires FIRST!
