Create a timeline of your life from your earliest memories up to today. Write down as much as you can remember-- the good, the bad, the ugly. While working through it, ask yourself:
How did this impact me?
What did I learn from this?
How did this happen for me?
What was God/Universe showing me?
What lessons did I learn?

Motherhood Gratitude and Affirmation Journal: start using the journal every day. Make it a priority to show up and do it daily while focusing on the affirmation for the week. As you make your daily promises, ask yourself what you need:
mentally
emotionally
physically
spiritually
Make those things a priority and practice putting your needs and desires FIRST!
