Nutrition Highlight: Fats

Fats help the body absorb vitamin A, D, and E as well as give us energy. It also protects organs, supports cell growth and keep blood pressure under control. Eating healthy fats are key- grass fed butter, avocado oil, and extra virgin olive oil. Avoid processed fats like Canola Oil, vegetable oil or trans fat.
