Understand Your Inner World: Part 1
Mindset is your most POWERFUL tool you have. What you think about, you bring about. If you constantly tell yourself that things are hard or that you are so fat, you are going to keep experiencing hard things and your body is going to stay “fat.” Without getting too technical, our thoughts create an energy or vibration within our body. Those vibrations attract like vibrations which is why it is so important to create awareness around your thoughts because if you don’t like them you have have the power to change them!

Journal Questions:
Imagine it is 30 days from today and you just completed this program, how do you feel? What did you learn? How did your mindset change? How did your body change? Speak into what you want to see happen. Use feelings and descriptive language- really let yourself tap into how you want this challenge to go and how you will feel at the end!
Think back to your why of starting this challenge (in pre work), what is motivating you to keep going when things get hard or challenging? When you have a hard day, what can you do to re-set?

Are my thoughts empowering or disempowering?
Understanding Your Nervous System
Journal Questions:
Go through the ho’monopono exercise for each memory. Honor whatever feelings or emotions arise and give yourself space to feel them.
Start keeping track of your recurring limiting beliefs, stories or loops that are keeping you stuck- you will need them for next week!
Redefining Failure
Journal Questions:
List out all of your past failures (go back as far as you can remember)
Look at each one individually and answer the following questions
What did you learn from this experience?
What did this experience show you?
How did this experience happen for you?
What did this exercise show you? How can you shift your thoughts around failure going forward?
