What does she do? How does she show up? Handle hard situations?
Get really clear and specific about the future version of you. Journal it out in the present tense and read as often as needed!
Understanding Nutrition & Labels

As you have moved through this program what have you noticed about food?
What was your biggest takeaway from the training?
As you continue your journey, where does nutrition fit in?
What ingredients matter to you? Which ones do you want to include? Avoid?
If it feels aligned, start a food journal in a notebook or note section of your phone and take note of any foods that create reactions in your body—those are signs/signals that you may not tolerate or digest it in a way that feels nourishing for your body.
