Nervous System 101

Module 1 Homework:

  • Journal on what you learned about your nervous system (this helps you integrate what you heard!)

  • Start tracking using this sheet. Aim for 1-2 events a day (we will work with this again on Module 5)

  • When you start to feel stressed or activated, look at the Nervous System Guide below and try out a resource to support your body

  • Do the somatic movement daily to support your body in releasing stress + stored trauma
