Decoding Your Nervous System
This is hands down the MOST POWERFUL part of being a trailblazer when it comes to your health + wellness goals.
How to do it in real time:
-Notice the sensation when it comes up
- Lean INTO it and get descriptive of it (warm, tingly, hot, spiky, tight,)
- Get curious about it:
- Is there an age or memory attached to the sensation? 
- If this sensation could speak, what would it say? 
- What does the sensation want you to know? 
- What does the sensation need right now? 
- Check back in with your body and see if the sensation is still there. Acknowleding + witnessing the sensation allows it to be seen and felt

Module 5 Homework:
- Choose an affirmation that sounds good in your head AND that your body can get behind! 
- Acknowledge when your parts show up and start to befriend them 
- Continue with the somatic exercises
