Decoding Your Nervous System
This is hands down the MOST POWERFUL part of being a trailblazer when it comes to your health + wellness goals.
How to do it in real time:
-Notice the sensation when it comes up
- Lean INTO it and get descriptive of it (warm, tingly, hot, spiky, tight,)
- Get curious about it:
Is there an age or memory attached to the sensation?
If this sensation could speak, what would it say?
What does the sensation want you to know?
What does the sensation need right now?
- Check back in with your body and see if the sensation is still there. Acknowleding + witnessing the sensation allows it to be seen and felt
