  • How do YOU want to move? Journal on what your body beliefs are around movement and exercise. Do you think of them as punishment or as a supportive practice?

  • Pick 1-2 ways you can move this week. Walking, Strength Training, Vo2 Max— whatever feels aligned but find a way to MOVE


Somatic Release Practice

Lay belly down with your hands stacked and your forehead on top of your hands. Gently rock your hips side to side allowing your legs to also sway. Breathe deeply and do for 1-2 minutes
