  • Start to pay attention to your protein consumption at meals. Look at the NUTRITION label (not the marketing on the front) to see how much protein is in the foods you frequently eat

  • Notice when food fear comes up and track it on the Nervous System Tracking Sheet

  • Continue with the somatic exercises

Somatic Release Practice

Lay belly down with your hands stacked and your forehead on top of your hands. Gently rock your hips side to side allowing your legs to also sway. Breathe deeply and do for 1-2 minutes
