if choosing another platform- be sure to repeat the movements for four weeks straight and “progress” by adding reps or weight each week during the movements
The Truth About Releasing Fat
Action Items:
If releasing fat is one of your goals, know that it is possible and the easiest way to release stored fat is to focus on what you are ADDING to your life rather than taking away/cutting out/limiting. Typically those type of actions aren’t sustainable long term and are what causes yo-yo or inconsistent or lasting results.
If releasing fat is a goal, I suggest tracking your macros so you can make sure you prioritize protein to build and sustain lean muscle.
