    1. Period - day 3/4 rest/restore

    2. Day 4-15- Strength train with medium intensity

    3. Day 15-Day 19- Strength train with aiming for PR

    4. Day 20-Day 24- Strength train with medium intensity

    5. Day 25- Period- Strength train with low intensity or opt for more restorative movements (yoga/light walking)
