Are there common activations?
Can you sit with the sensations/feelings that arise?

Somatic Practice of the Week:
Hip Rocking
To do:
Lay on your belly with your hands resting on top of one another and your head resting on your hands
Gently sway your hips from side to side taking notice of any tension in your body as you do so
Breathe deeply as you gently rock, allowing sensations to flow through your body
After 1-2 minutes slowly come to a stop and breathe for a few breaths.
Gently roll to one side and push yourself up to seated position before moving on.
