Learning the language your body is speaking:
Using the SENSATION TRACKING SHEET, start tracking 1-2 events per day that come up when you have a thought, feeling or activation around your body, physical appearance, or yourself in general
This is going to help us decode and decipher what your body is communicating to you in week four! If you miss a day, don’t worry but the more data we have the more we can uncover what needs to be re-wired and loops that need to be closed.

Start tracking your sensations and events that occur to begin creating awareness around your nervous system + your body speak.
Somatic Practice of the Week:
Somatic Practice: Fetal Position Rocking
Purpose: Support tension + stress stored in the body
How To:
lay on your side with your bottom arm as a pillow and your top arm bent and resting in front of your belly
Gently rock your hips back and fourth as if someone is gently pushing your hips forward
Close your eyes and breathe into the body as you gently rock back and fourth
Do for 1-2 minutes per side
