Welcome to day Twenty Three of Strong as a Mother! Today we are talking about how to get back up when we face challenges and things feel hard.

Whenever you are starting something new, the exciting feeling you felt when you began fades. When that happens you have to tap into your why and the reason you started in the first place.

You are worthy of being a priority in your life. Even when your kids are sick, or work gets crazy, or the house is a mess or you totally spaced and missed a habit..you are worthy of trying again and knowing that whatever challenge you face, you can do it because you are stronger than any challenge.

  3. How can I move through challenges and still show up for myself?
