Welcome to day Twenty Seven of Strong as a Mother!

Time to get outside! Nature is one of the most healing and beneficial things we can do for ourselves. Either go for a walk outside, ground yourself by putting your feet onto the grass or sit outside while you do your [body love] affirmation and gratitude journal.

Take time to listen to the sounds, take deep breaths and soak it all in.
